Question: What is the Client Access Site?:

 

Answer:

We have developed a way for you to keep up to date with how your portfolio is performing and to maintain your account details with us. If you have internet access you can log on to your account online.

Question: How does the Client Access Site Benefit Me?

 

Answer:

This site allows you to check that we have your current personal and contact details, and allows you to view how your portfolio is performing at your leisure and from the comfort from your own home or office.

Question: What are the Costs for this Service?:

 

Answer:

To have this service for your portfolio, there is a monthly charge of $7.00. This will be billed as part of your ongoing Management Fees.

Question: How can I log into the website?:

 

Answer:

Simply go to the following website: https://xplan.iress.com.au/dominionfg/clientaccess

You will need to enter your Username (User ID) and Password.

Question: How do I obtain a Username and Password?:

 

Answer:

Yes, simply fill in your details on our website http://www.dominionfg.com.au/apply.cfm and you will be contacted with your Username and Password.

Question: How do I use my Username & Password?:

 

Answer:

Once you are at the website, via the login above, you need to correctly type in your username and password provided by client services.

 

 

 

Once you have entered your information, simply click on the "login" button and you'll be taken into the Client Access Site.

Question: I have forgotten my password? What do I do?:

 

Answer:

If you have forgotten your password, on the login screen, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompts.

 

You will be asked to enter your Username (USERID).

Question: What is shown on My Key Details:

 

Answer:

Your key details are the details we have on record for you. This section contains your important information such as Your Name, and Date of Birth.

Question: What is shown on My Contact Details:

 

Answer:

Your Contact details are the details we have on record for you. This section contains all the contact information we have for you. It also tells us the form of contact you prefer.

Question: My Details Are Wrong. How Can I Update Them?:

 

Answer:

We endeavour to maintain your records to the best of our ability. If you do find that there is an anomaly please let us know.

You can do so by selecting the "Links" button from the menu, then select "update your details".

 

You will be taken to our "Client Details Form"

 

Simply fill in all details and hit submit.

(note: it is important that, for security reasons, you provide all details on this form, including your full name and date of birth).

 

This form will then be sent to our client services team and you will receive a letter of confirmation via post or email.

Question: How Do I Use The Reports?:

 

Answer:

Select the "Reports" tab on the left hand side of the screen"

To view your reports simply click on the "PDF" button for the report you would like to see.

 

 

IMPORTANT:
Please note, that by default the website will only select one of the boxes shown above. You must select the owner of the relevant portfolio before the correct report will generate.

 

For example:

 

if you have investments under your own name then simply select your name.

 

if you have investments within your superannuation fund, you must check the box of your superannuation fund as shown below;

 

 

Once you have selected the correct name simply click on the "PDF" button to generate the report.

Question: What is in each of the Reports?:

 

Answer:

Portfolio Balance Report:

This report will show you the portfolio balance as at the end of the previous month.

It will show;

 

Cash Transactions:

This report will show you all the cash transactions from the Portfolio's Cash Account

 

Portfolio Performance:

This report will show you the performance of your entire portfolio.

It will show;

Question: How do I Log Off The Site?:

 

Answer:

Simply click on the "LOGOUT" button found on the bottom of the menu.

 

Please remember to press this button to log out otherwise the system will not close properly. For security reasons always remember to press the "LOGOUT" button and close the website browser you were working in.
